Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry.
- Direct experience in payment processing, acquiring, or managing payment partnerships.
- Strong proficiency in payments knowledge with the ability to identify and solve blockers within payment flows.
- Proven project management and relationship management skill set.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different organizations.
Preferred
- Experience working directly with card networks or PSPs for acquiring payment transactions.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures in a globally distributed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow commercial relationships with Acquiring Banks, APMs, and Card Networks to deliver market-leading payment solutions.
- Drive expansion projects across various geographies and payment methods in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate favorable operational and commercial outcomes while balancing internal and external stakeholder interests.
- Design and develop new processes to scale partnerships for improved growth, efficiency, and performance.
- Act as the primary internal and external point of contact for assigned partnerships.
- Develop and execute win-win commercial agreements and go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage industry expertise to act as a subject matter expert for internal teams regarding partner capabilities.
