Manager, Client Consulting

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of overall professional work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payments, ideally within a top-tier bank or financial services consulting practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work on-site with clients in Abu Dhabi

Preferred

• Combination of regional and global experience
• Experience interacting with and presenting to senior management
• Proven ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multi-functional environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across portfolio, digital, and risk practice areas
• Collaborate with Visa account executives and internal functions to manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities
• Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments
• Support sales pitches and lead internal problem-solving sessions
• Prepare for and participate in client discussions and project deliveries
• Work closely with Product, Business Development, Risk, and Marketing groups to ensure a seamless consulting experience
• Contribute to the development of practice areas and product development
