Manager, Client Consulting
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of overall professional work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payments, ideally within a top-tier bank or financial services consulting practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work on-site with clients in Abu Dhabi
Preferred
- Combination of regional and global experience
- Experience interacting with and presenting to senior management
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multi-functional environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across portfolio, digital, and risk practice areas
- Collaborate with Visa account executives and internal functions to manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities
- Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments
- Support sales pitches and lead internal problem-solving sessions
- Prepare for and participate in client discussions and project deliveries
- Work closely with Product, Business Development, Risk, and Marketing groups to ensure a seamless consulting experience
- Contribute to the development of practice areas and product development
