REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of UAE/Dubai experience in the aluminium and glass industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, glazing systems, curtain walls, and glass partitions.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of local market practices and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall operations of the Aluminium & Glass Division.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project compliance standards.
• Manage project teams and departmental performance.
