REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or a commercially focused role
- 5+ years of experience within the Payments industry
- 1-2 years of experience in people management
- Deep knowledge of Digital Payments and major e-commerce technologies
- Strong strategic problem-solving and project management skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Management Specialists to drive professional growth and development
- Manage day-to-day team operations, including workload allocation and performance monitoring to exceed financial targets
- Craft merchant-specific account development plans focused on revenue generation and strategic growth
- Build high-touch, consultative relationships with Enterprise merchants as a trusted business advisor
- Analyze merchant performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize payment flows and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, and Engineering to ensure an outstanding merchant experience
