Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or building services.
✔ Previous experience as a Team Leader, Foreman, or Senior Technician is preferred.
✔ Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
✔ Good leadership and team coordination skills.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
✔ Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
✔ Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).

RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily operations.
✔ Assign and monitor maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
✔ Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
✔ Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance works.
✔ Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
✔ Coordinate with clients and management regarding maintenance requirements and updates.
✔ Monitor tools, equipment, and materials to ensure proper usage and availability.
✔ Prepare daily work reports and update maintenance records.
✔ Drive company vehicles to transport staff, tools, and materials to project locations as required.
