REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in logistics and freight operations
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and clearance processes
• Experience with Dubai Municipality approvals
• Hands-on experience with DP World and Jebel Ali Port operations
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance procedures
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipment operations
• Handle customs clearance and prepare required documentation
• Process approvals with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
• Manage port operations and container movements through DP World and Jebel Ali Port
• Maintain shipment records and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate shipment updates with clients, suppliers, transporters, and shipping lines
• Coordinate with customs officials, freight agents, and logistics partners
• Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor import/export documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Support logistics team coordination and operational activities
