REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service, logistics, or supply chain experience strongly preferred, 3PL or final mile delivery industry experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sense of customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
  • We are looking for the right person to expand our team, specifically a Logistics Coordinator. We need the right person to help communicate with partners/clients, monitor daily deliveries, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • We would like someone to start as soon as possible.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cost-effective execution of the transportation and logistics function is paramount to the success of the overall supply chain model while maintaining the highest service and quality levels
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage multiple freight pickups and deliveries from supplier base to partner locations nationwide
  • Serve as the first point of contact to investigate and facilitate issue resolution on supply chain and logistics matters
  • Identify and address problem areas with carriers in a timely and constructive manner
  • Prioritize tasks each day so that the most important tasks are completed to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up and follow-through with items to ensure that problems are resolved and tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Organize resources so that information can be accessed quickly when needed
