REQUIREMENTS

• Sales/customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication (bilingual a plus)
• Self-motivated, coachable
• Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30–60 days)
• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with individuals and families on retirement and protection strategies

Present life insurance and financial solutions

Build and manage your own book of business from Day1

Leverage mentorship and a proven sales system
