Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Professional phone manner
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
Preferred
- Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Experience using email, web browsers, and basic office software
- Ability to take clear notes and follow instructions
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Answer customer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Respond to customer emails clearly and promptly
- Create and update support tickets
- Gather basic information about customer issues
- Escalate more complex issues to senior support team members
- Follow internal support procedures and documentation
- Work with other team members to resolve customer questions
- Stay organized and manage multiple support requests
