Leasing Property Consultant (Rental Agent)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in real estate leasing is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities and rental market is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• RERA Certification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Rental Listing Acquisition

• Source and secure residential and commercial rental listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new rental opportunities.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards.

Property Viewings & Area Tours

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Provide area tours and market insights to clients.
• Present properties professionally and effectively.
• Match tenant requirements with suitable available properties.

Leasing & Negotiation

• Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
• Assist clients with tenancy agreements and leasing documentation.
• Ensure smooth and timely transaction completion.

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, social media, and prospecting activities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of landlords and tenants.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends, pricing, and community developments.
• Provide rental market advice and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
