Lead Sales Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a sales professional managing the full sales cycle
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and regulatory/compliance environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong English proficiency and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel periodically within the region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead new-logo acquisition for Nasdaq AxiomSL by engaging banks, regulators, and financial institutions across the Middle East
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from target account identification and qualification to commercial negotiation and contract execution
- Consult with clients to understand regulatory reporting, risk, and data challenges to position solutions effectively
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across compliance, risk, finance, and technology departments
- Partner with internal pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions
