Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and legal regulations.
• Experience drafting contracts, POAs, legal notices, and commercial agreements.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handled Legal matter related to UAE
• Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
• Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, legal notices, and official correspondence.
• Assist in case preparation, legal documentation, and follow-up.

Legal Documentation

• Draft, review, and amend:
• Powers of Attorney (POA)
• Commercial Agreements
• Employment Contracts
• Service Agreements
• Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
• Legal Notices
• Settlement Agreements
• Ensure all legal documents comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on contractual and corporate matters.
• Manage the company’s legal communication platforms, including WhatsApp Business and other social media.
• Create and publish professional legal content in Arabic and English.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide preliminary legal guidance through approved communication channels.
• Promote the company’s legal services while ensuring compliance with UAE legal advertising regulations.
