Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor is mandatory
2. Own Visa candidates only
3. Sponsor OTP mandatory
4. Candidate must arrange own accommodation and transportation
5. Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field
6. Strong experience with Total Station, GPS and levelling instruments
7. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS
8. Ability to read technical drawings, maps and coordinates
9. Immediate joiners preferred
10. Must be currently available in the UAE

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Conduct land, topographic and area surveys for mapping and project planning
2. Carry out land and tidal surveys, including beach/site survey activities where required
3. Measure distances, elevations, angles, coordinates and boundaries
4. Operate Total Station, GPS and levelling instruments
5. Prepare accurate maps, plans, survey reports and site documentation
6. Use AutoCAD, GIS and survey data-processing software
7. Establish reference points and verify site coordinates
8. Identify discrepancies in survey/site data and report findings
9. Maintain survey equipment and ensure accurate field measurements
10. Take site photographs/videos as required for project reporting
