REQUIREMENTS

• 35 years old or below; graduate of Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field
• Proven experience in Fashion Retail in the same role
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools, and MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement window displays, in-store setups, and seasonal decorations to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. Ensure change of displays to promote new product launches and create festive or seasonal themes.
• Help maintain inventory of visual display supplies such as mannequins, props, and tools.
• Assist in preparing reports on merchandising activities and their impact on store performance.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve visual presentation techniques based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
