REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some prior legal experience through work or education
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including strong document formatting capabilities
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail when building structured logic flows
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving client needs
  • A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide timely, professional support
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, including troubleshooting technical and process‑related issues

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret client workflow requirements and translate them into clear, practical automated workflows.
  • Create, manage, and refine automated legal document templates, building logic that simplifies and accelerates the drafting process.
  • Discover, validate, and track client requirements, managing project communication and delivery throughout each engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and professional services, to ensure smooth and accurate configuration of client solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their objectives, document structures, approval processes, and operational needs.
  • Support the transition of completed implementations to ongoing support or customer success team.
