Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT administrator or systems administrator role
  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace
  • Experience administering Zoom at an organizational or enterprise level
  • Demonstrated experience with EHR systems in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing platforms and payer portal management
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data security practices
  • Strong communication skills; ability to support non-technical users clearly and patiently
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely

Preferred

  • Google Workspace Administrator certification
  • Experience supporting behavioral health, mental health, or outpatient healthcare organizations
  • Familiarity with common EHR platforms (e.g., Athenahealth, SimplePractice, Kareo, or similar)
  • Prior experience in a fractional or multi-client support environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Google Workspace Administration

  • Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units
  • Configure and maintain Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and related services
  • Enforce security policies, manage access controls, and monitor for compliance
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of staff accounts

Zoom Platform Administration

  • Manage Zoom accounts, licenses, and settings
  • Configure and troubleshoot Zoom Meetings, Webinars, and Phone as applicable
  • Support staff with Zoom best practices and usage issues

EHR System Administration

  • Serve as system administrator for the organization’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the EHR system
  • Coordinate with the EHR vendor on system updates, issues, and enhancements
  • Support clinical and administrative staff with EHR-related questions and troubleshooting

Billing Platforms & Payer Portals

  • Administer access to billing platforms and payer portals used for healthcare reimbursement
  • Coordinate user setup, credentialing access, and troubleshooting across payer systems
  • Maintain accurate records of platform credentials and access permissions
  • Liaise with billing staff and external vendors to resolve system access issues promptly

General IT Support & Security

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests from staff
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, access controls, and procedures
  • Ensure all platforms meet HIPAA compliance and data security requirements
  • Proactively identify and address technology issues before they impact operations
