JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

– Open to Indian and Asian nationals, aged 38 and below.
– Minimum 6 years in interior design and rendering, including at least 3 years on complete residential apartment projects.
– Proven experience handling high-rise residential project designs individually.
– Skilled in consultations, renovations, space planning, layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar design software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead residential high-rise interior projects from concept through completion, defining requirements, schedules, and budgets.
-Develop design concepts, including rough plans, mood boards, material selection, and product sourcing.
-Coordinate and manage teams and external design agencies, ensuring work aligns with company design standards and project goals.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, decorators, and contractors while staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations
