RESPONSIBILITIES

Discovery & Diagnosis

  • Conduct 30-minute scheduled appointments
  • Identify missed-call exposure, follow-up gaps, and intake failures
  • Ask structured questions — no freelancing

Solution Presentation

  • Clearly explain how InFlow Firm captures, follows up, and books leads
  • Walk prospects through the intake workflow
  • Position automation and AI as reliability tools, not “tech”

Qualification & Fit

  • Confirm business type, hours, lead volume, and decision authority
  • Disqualify poor fits quickly and professionally
  • Protect the pipeline from unqualified prospects

Closing & Handoff

  • Present pricing clearly and confidently
  • Secure agreement or define next steps
  • Hand off closed clients to onboarding without breaking process

CRM Discipline

  • Update pipeline stages accurately
  • Apply required tags and notes after every call
  • Follow SOPs exactly — no custom systems
