RESPONSIBILITIES
Discovery & Diagnosis
- Conduct 30-minute scheduled appointments
- Identify missed-call exposure, follow-up gaps, and intake failures
- Ask structured questions — no freelancing
Solution Presentation
- Clearly explain how InFlow Firm captures, follows up, and books leads
- Walk prospects through the intake workflow
- Position automation and AI as reliability tools, not “tech”
Qualification & Fit
- Confirm business type, hours, lead volume, and decision authority
- Disqualify poor fits quickly and professionally
- Protect the pipeline from unqualified prospects
Closing & Handoff
- Present pricing clearly and confidently
- Secure agreement or define next steps
- Hand off closed clients to onboarding without breaking process
CRM Discipline
- Update pipeline stages accurately
- Apply required tags and notes after every call
- Follow SOPs exactly — no custom systems
