Insurance Sales Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Self-disciplined and capable of managing responsibilities in a remote work environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Comfortable using technology, including video conferencing and online applications
Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support available)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct virtual consultations with clients through pre-arranged appointments
Evaluate clients’ goals and needs to identify suitable insurance and retirement planning solutions
Educate clients on available options and help them confidently navigate their choices
Maintain accurate records and adhere to company guidelines and industry regulations
Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
