REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for travel with genuine expertise in wellness, culture, or your chosen specialty
• Strong business acumen and ability to self-manage and acquire clients
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Problem-solving mindset for handling travel logistics and unexpected situations
• Network or willingness to build one to generate your own client base
• Reliability and professionalism in all client interactions

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design custom itineraries focused on wellness retreats, cultural immersions, and transformative travel experiences
• Build and maintain your own client base through networking, marketing, and relationship building
• Coordinate bookings including accommodations, activities, guides, and transportation
• Provide expert consultation on destinations, wellness offerings, cultural experiences, and travel logistics
• Specialize in your niche (family travel, destination weddings, cruises, or multi-niche expertise)
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up
• Stay current on destination trends, wellness offerings, and cultural experiences
