REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in immigration consultancy, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients.
• Assess eligibility for various immigration and residency programs.
• Provide accurate information and professional advice.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful cases.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.
• Stay updated with immigration policies and procedures.
