Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices along with familiarity with employment & labor law compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational changes using change management strategies and organization design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
  • Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or related fields are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
  • Oversee human capital management functions, including benefits administration, payroll processing using systems like Workday or ADP, and workers’ compensation claims.
  • Facilitate employee evaluation processes, performance management cycles, and succession planning to support career development and organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements while maintaining accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Lead change management initiatives by designing organization structures, supporting workforce management strategies, and executing projects related to HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Promote positive employee relations through conflict management, communication skills enhancement, and implementing employee engagement programs.
  • Support HR sourcing efforts by utilizing social media management tools like Salesforce or iCIMS to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
