REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience, .
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to the field.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; familiarity with tech or manufacturing industries is preferred.
