Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years’ experience in payroll and data entry
  • Entertainment union payroll experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented and inquisitive
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Effective time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with HTG Manager and Coordinator to setup, test, and update union contract set up in the Hours to Gross Engine (HTG)
  • Data entry of contract scale rate and minimum wage tables in HTG system and ensure accuracy in a timely manner
  • Proactive in anticipating the needs of the HTG team with contract set up, testing and providing administrative support
  • Track collective bargaining agreement expiration dates
