Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years’ experience in payroll and data entry
- Entertainment union payroll experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive
- Proactive problem-solver
- Effective time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with HTG Manager and Coordinator to setup, test, and update union contract set up in the Hours to Gross Engine (HTG)
- Data entry of contract scale rate and minimum wage tables in HTG system and ensure accuracy in a timely manner
- Proactive in anticipating the needs of the HTG team with contract set up, testing and providing administrative support
- Track collective bargaining agreement expiration dates
