Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Personnel Administration
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor legislation and immigration processes
  • Experience working with insurance brokers or insurance providers
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts and policies, in compliance with UAE labor legislation
  • Manage employee personnel files and ensure all HR records are accurate and audit-ready
  • Coordinate immigration-related documentation for visa and work permit applications in collaboration with external providers
  • Oversee medical examinations, biometric appointments, and interactions with government authorities
  • Administer leave and absence management processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and reporting data to headquarters
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity by updating employee information, position changes, and terminations
  • Review and reconcile invoices from insurance providers and HR service vendors
