HR Operations Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Personnel Administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor legislation and immigration processes
- Experience working with insurance brokers or insurance providers
- Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts and policies, in compliance with UAE labor legislation
- Manage employee personnel files and ensure all HR records are accurate and audit-ready
- Coordinate immigration-related documentation for visa and work permit applications in collaboration with external providers
- Oversee medical examinations, biometric appointments, and interactions with government authorities
- Administer leave and absence management processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and reporting data to headquarters
- Maintain HRIS data integrity by updating employee information, position changes, and terminations
- Review and reconcile invoices from insurance providers and HR service vendors
