Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8-10 years of HR experience, including significant expertise in recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws specific to the Middle Eastern region.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy.
  • Ability to travel periodically to support other countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

Preferred

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build business partner relationships with Equity Principals and leadership to support Middle Eastern practice goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment, implementing targeted sourcing initiatives to provide high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to create and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with immigration and mobility teams to support employee immigration needs.
  • Advise and coach leaders to build a diverse, inclusive, and high-integrity work environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of regional legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Update local HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect business and regulatory changes.
  • Support employee development, succession planning, and annual review processes.
