REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservation systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage service preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency (plus).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Monitor open dining sections for available tables.
- Estimate and communicate wait times to guests.
- Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries.
- Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to their server.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
