Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles
- Mandatory technical expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Strong background in blockchain/Web3, ideally within L1, L2, or AI ecosystems
- Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets
- Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evolve the product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem
- Lead the design of AIVM as a multi-sided platform for developers, protocols, and enterprises
- Define core primitives including APIs, SDKs, and execution layers to enhance developer experience
- Drive end-to-end product execution from concept through to Mainnet launch
- Build and lead a high-performance product function, establishing processes for speed and scalability
- Partner deeply with engineering to align on architecture, technical trade-offs, and delivery
- Act as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development
- Define and track core ecosystem KPIs such as developer adoption and network activity
