REQUIREMENTS

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification preferred
12–18 years of progressive senior finance leadership experience
Proven experience managing large finance teams and complex corporate structures
Strong exposure to UAE and GCC markets is mandatory
Strong understanding of UAE and GCC business environments
Experience with regional financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
Strategic and commercially focused finance leader
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Proven ability to drive business performance and profitability
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and execution across the organization
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Drive profitability, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Ensure strong financial governance and internal control frameworks
Oversee compliance with UAE and GCC financial regulations and reporting standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks
Lead and mentor large finance teams across multiple business functions
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Strengthen financial processes, reporting structures, and operational efficiency
Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and expansion initiatives
Evaluate business opportunities and provide financial due diligence
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth plans
