Global Events Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in global events, experiential marketing, or brand activations
- Proven background in the luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
- Extensive experience managing high-profile global events, influencer trips, and press activations
- Strong budget management skills and experience handling large-scale event finances
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, founders, or high-profile talent
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work evenings or weekends as required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute our client’s global experiential strategy across product launches, retail moments, press previews, and influencer trips
- Develop global event frameworks, operational playbooks, and standardized tools to ensure brand consistency across all markets
- Create immersive and culturally relevant event concepts that bring the brand’s Middle Eastern heritage and fragrance stories to life
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including detailed project plans, production schedules, run of shows, and staffing
- Oversee large-scale event budgets, contract negotiations, and vendor/agency relationships
- Partner with Communications, Influencer, and Social teams to ensure all activations are integrated and drive social conversation
- Support founder-facing events and appearances for Mona Kattan, including high-profile media engagements and speaking opportunities
- Track and analyze event performance using KPIs such as social coverage, EMV, and ROI to inform future strategies
