Full Stack Developer

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications and software platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in cybersecurity best practices and secure coding standards.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and software solutions.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and database structures.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

System Maintenance & Optimization

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Conduct regular system updates and enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements where required.

Collaboration & Project Execution

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and project teams to gather requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks and project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and deployment guides.
