Freelance Product Designer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong portfolio across packaging, physical product design, and illustration
• A clear point of view: you have taste, you have opinions, and you’re comfortable pushing back when something could be better
• Ability to shift styles depending on the product: from playful and expressive to clean and more buttoned-up
• Understanding of packaging fundamentals: dielines, print requirements, production-ready files
• Comfortable working collaboratively and moving quickly

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll work with our client remotely to bring new products to life from concept through final execution. Depending on the project, that could include:

• Logo design
• Packaging design (concept → print-ready files)
• Illustration
• Brand direction for individual product launches

You’ll be collaborating with our client’s internal team, executing on direction and helping define it.
