REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or direct sales.
Experience in Forex, CFD, stock trading, cryptocurrency, financial services or FinTech is strongly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and highly motivated.
Comfortable working with CRM systems.
Basic understanding of financial markets and trading.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITES

Make outbound calls to prospective traders and investors.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other acquisition channels.
Explain our trading platform, account features, instruments and services clearly to prospective clients.
Understand the prospect’s trading interests and requirements.
Handle objections related to trust, platform features, spreads, fees, onboarding and competition.
Guide interested prospects through the account-opening and onboarding process.
Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Convert qualified leads into registered and active trading clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with traders and improve client activation and retention.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated on forex markets, trading products and competitor offerings.
