REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18+
• Strong interest in fitness, strength training, or body recomposition
• Comfortable posting glute-focused fitness content regularly (educational and training-based)
• Active on Instagram or TikTok, or willing to create and grow an account with guidance
• Coachable, reliable, and consistent with posting, communication, and follow-through

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and apply structured, glute-focused training methods
• Create and post consistent fitness content centered on glute development (training, progress, education)
• Share insights, progress, and educational content to help inspire and support other women
• Represent the brand in a positive, empowering, and professional manner
• Promote coaching resources and programs provided
• Participate in group coaching environments by answering client questions and offering support as available and appropriate
