REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and financial data visualization.
• Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, retail, or wholesale is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• UAE experience is Mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare detailed financial analysis, reports, and management dashboards.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and business performance.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and investigate variances.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial and operational data.
• Analyze sales and profitability across different products, categories, channels, and business segments.
• Support budgeting and annual planning processes.
• Prepare monthly and periodic management reports.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for improving profitability.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to gather and analyze business data.
• Assist in developing financial KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.
