REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA demonstrate a commitment to the finance profession.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or corporate finance roles.
• Experience in the industry of our organization (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) is a strong asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying trends and variances that impact the company’s financial health.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, incorporating historical data and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
