Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred to ensure technical proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, to highlight knowledge in process improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machining to ensure technical expertise in the manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and specifications, translating them into actionable fabrication plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste in the fabrication shop.
