Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Executive Assistant and/or HR roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Time management and prioritization
- Leadership and decision-making
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Follow up on key tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Organize company events, board meetings, and executive communications
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor, and immigration processes
