Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Executive Assistant and/or HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Strong  communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Leadership and decision-making
  •  Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Follow up on key tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Organize company events, board meetings, and executive  communications
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor, and immigration processes
