Evaluation Coordinator

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Interest in program evaluation, social impact, youth leadership, or nonprofit work.
• Basic skills in organizing information or analyzing survey responses.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize insights clearly.
• Comfort working independently with light supervision.
• Experience with tools such as Google Forms, spreadsheets, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
• Passion for youth-led change and global collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in collecting participant feedback from programs and events (surveys, short interviews, or reflection forms).
• Help organize and review evaluation data related to teen programming and events.
• Identify themes and insights about participant experience and program outcomes.
• Support development of short impact summaries or learning reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve evaluation tools that are youth-friendly and accessible.
• Help track key indicators related to engagement, partnerships, and youth leadership development.
