REQUIREMENTS
- Multilingual abilities are a plus—fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous
- Strong sales aptitude with a desire to learn persuasive communication techniques

- Prior experience in call centers or customer service roles is beneficial but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with professionalism and patience
- Excellent analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a remote setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct outbound calls to engage clients, promote products or services, and gather feedback
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues efficiently and courteously
- Assist clients with account information, billing questions, or service requests using clear communication skills
- Enter data accurately into company systems while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
- Use Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions and update records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
