REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong sales aptitude with a desire to learn persuasive communication techniques

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with professionalism and patience
  • Excellent analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping
  • Good phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a remote setting

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage clients, promote products or services, and gather feedback
  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues efficiently and courteously
  • Assist clients with account information, billing questions, or service requests using clear communication skills
  • Enter data accurately into company systems while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Use Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions and update records
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
