REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, engagement, or related roles
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with customer engagement or account management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Sales support or upselling experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide timely and accurate support to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and explaining company products, services, or processes
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services
  • Support retention efforts by encouraging continued use of company offerings
