JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, support, engagement, or related roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer engagement or account management
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Sales support or upselling experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase engagement and satisfaction
- Provide timely and accurate support to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Assist with onboarding new customers and explaining company products, services, or processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services
- Support retention efforts by encouraging continued use of company offerings
