Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing in a global team
  • A proactive approach to unblocking growth in complex markets, with the ability to navigate roadblocks and propose alternative solutions
  • Expertise in full-cycle event execution, including managing high-impact brand activations, large-scale career fairs, and remote events across countries
  • The ability to interpret talent metrics, track campaign performance, and deliver measurable results
  • The ability to design long-term talent strategies, map ROI, and effectively manage budgets to deliver measurable, attributable results
  • A self-starter mindset with the confidence to take full ownership of your strategy and make independent decisions
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and external partners
  • A willingness and ability to travel internationally for key on-site events and career fairs when required

Nice to have

  • Experience building relationships with universities in APAC
  • Familiarity with early careers hiring in APAC

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the external branding strategy to attract top STEM students across key APAC hubs, including Australia, China, India, Singapore, South Korea, etc.
  • Building strategic university partnerships, sponsorships, and campus ambassador networks to drive awareness of our Talent Programmes
  • Delivering bold, B2C-style marketing campaigns and innovative events, from career fairs to hackathons and coding challenges
  • Implementing out-of-the-box strategies and digital-first campaigns to build brand buzz among elite technical minds
  • Applying multi-channel marketing techniques across student platforms to grow brand awareness and drive direct graduate applications to our Careers website
  • Developing insights into Gen Z and STEM talent audiences in APAC to optimise campaigns, push boundaries, and hit recruitment KPIs
  • Working closely with Communications and Recruitment teams to create engaging narratives that showcase Revolut as the place for next-generation innovators
  • Collaborating with the Design team to deliver high-quality branding assets tailored to regional needs
