RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and schedule high-performing email campaigns
• Assist in SMS campaign execution
• Create simple, brand-aligned graphics (templates provided)
• Follow segmentation and scheduling SOPs with precision
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate directly with clients in a polished, confident manner
• Maintain clear KPI tracking and internal reporting
