REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional attention to detail (this is non-negotiable—small errors can be costly)
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software and platforms
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and ability to respond to messages during business hours
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, or supply chain is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and synchronize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
• Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and listing content to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with our manufacturing partners to coordinate production schedules and shipments
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues as they arise
• Create and respond to Amazon Seller Central support cases
• Communicate professionally with retail partners and distributors
