Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within Healthcare or similar industries is essential.
- Proficiency in document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain an efficient document control system to ensure all documentation is properly recorded.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with teams to understand documentation needs and provide tailored support.
- Implement version control processes to track changes and maintain the integrity of documents during reviews and approvals.
