REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in commercial strategy, business transformation, consulting, payments, technology, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and lead strategic commercial-effectiveness initiatives across the regional payments business.
• Analyze commercial performance and identify opportunities for revenue and operational improvement.
• Use data and technology to support strategic decision-making and business transformation.
• Partner with sales, finance, product, technology, and regional leadership teams on high-impact initiatives.
