REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive sales or high-volume digital sales / BDC environments (preferred)
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., KeyLoop), video messaging tools, and virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent written communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to overcome objections and confidently close sales in a fully or partially remote setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all incoming digital leads (website forms, live chat, and social media inquiries) within 20 minutes
- Proactively manage and nurture prospects through CRM, phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments, virtual meetings, or completed sales
- Conduct high-quality video vehicle walk-arounds and remote consultations
- Handle live chat inquiries and share personalized voice or video messages with customers
- Guide customers through digital retailing tools, including trade-in valuations, online credit applications, and F&I (Finance & Insurance) menus
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring all customer interactions and follow-ups are logged
- Manage follow-up schedules to ensure timely and consistent customer engagement
- Stay current on vehicle features, trim levels, pricing, and financing incentives to provide accurate and compelling information to remote buyers
