REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in content creation principles. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrates 1-3 years of proven experience in digital content creation and marketing, showcasing a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, streamlining content workflows.
  • Exhibits advanced skills in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques, enhancing content visibility and search engine rankings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing, to boost brand visibility.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, tailored to the target audience and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely publication of content and alignment with overall marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and social media insights to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize content strategies.
  • Ability to handle entire marketing aspect including meta/google ads, social media management, content creation such as reels and still posts, real estate photography.
