Digital Ads Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads required)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Experience with retargeting strategies and audience segmentation
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, not just execute
- Experience in real estate or local lead generation is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with potential expansion to Google/YouTube
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (cold traffic, retargeting, and nurturing)
- Launch and manage retargeting campaigns (website visitors, engagement audiences, CRM lists)
- Analyze performance data (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality) and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives (hooks, messaging, formats)
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and copy
- Improve landing page performance and conversion rates (in collaboration with the team)
- Ensure campaigns comply with real estate and Meta advertising policies
- Track and report on campaign performance weekly
