REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or an equivalent medical degree
• 5 years of experience in medical technology or medical devices
• Neuroscience background is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a Functional Neurosurgery Portfolio expert, developing deep scientific knowledge in deep brain stimulation and epilepsy management
• Lead demonstrations of software and platform portfolios
• Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and OR personnel during surgery
• Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and IT personnel on product use
• Develop and conduct training programs for local teams and hospital staff
• Monitor competitive Image Guided Surgery (IGS) products and market trends
• Collaborate with Area Account Managers on local penetration strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical stakeholders
• Execute regional marketing plans and clinical marketing initiatives
• Attend trade shows and meetings to promote products
• Travel up to 75% to support the MENA territory
